What this page covers
The details you give us when you ask for a call or book one, through a form on Facebook or Instagram or the booking calendar on this website, and what this website records when you visit.
If you become a client, ask Evelyn Kelly how your results and coaching notes are kept.
What we collect
If you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram: the details that form asks for, such as your name, phone number and email address.
If you book through the calendar: the details you enter in Calendly, which runs the booking calendar.
When you visit this website: the Meta pixel records which pages you view and which buttons you tap, so we can see whether our advertising is working.
Why we use it
To contact you about your enquiry and arrange your free call, and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
Evelyn Kelly, and Soaring Webs, the marketing company that runs our advertising, may see the details you send. Meta and Calendly hold them on their own systems, as their own privacy policies describe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you gave us by emailing empoweredthroughnutrition@gmail.com.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
